Grooming Services
We offer professional grooming for all breeds of dogs and cats. Our grooming staff have taken licensed courses early in their careers and received awards at grooming events. Some are also involved in the world of purebred dogs and are professional handlers.

We offer grooming services throughout the week and occasional Saturdays. We require that the pets be brought in early in the day (between 7:30-10:00 am) and can be picked up in the afternoon. The pets are groomed on a rotational basis where they are first bathed, then dried and then trimmed appropriately. All pets must be up to date on their vaccinations.

There are many different cuts and styles available and it is best if you speak with the groomer so that she can understand the type of trim you prefer as well as look at your pet's coat to evaluate its condition. If the coat is matted then she can inform you of the type of trim that can be done, the time involved, and the finished look that would be best for you and your pet.

We use excellant quality shampoos and conditioners which allows the soap to get right to the base of the hair and provides a cleaner finish and shine to the coat. We also carry a line of oatmeal shampoos and aromatherapy products that is helpful when performing medicated baths if your pet requires a certain type of shampoo due to any skin conditions.

Sedation is only used with owner consent. We have ample staff to help and often all a pet needs is to be held and comforted, if they are a bit nervous. It can be a different experience for them and often takes some time to adjust to the clippers, bathing and dryers. We recommend that puppies come in for just a bath and nail trim for their first time at the age of 4-5 months, so that they can have a positive experience and be happy and relaxed when groomed as adults.
